Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Biliora. They cover what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and the important legal bits. By using Biliora, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Biliora is built and operated by DEVOZ DI MONACA DANIELE, Via Giamaica 11, 88900 Crotone, Italy (VAT / P.IVA 03928680796). In these terms, “Biliora”, “we”, and “us” mean that operator; “you” means the person or business using the service.
2. What Biliora does
Biliora is software that helps Canadian businesses track the GST/HST they collect and pay, organize receipts and expenses, and prepare clear numbers for filing time. It is a tool to help you stay organized — it does not file taxes on your behalf.
3. Not professional advice
Biliora is not an accountant, bookkeeper, or tax or legal advisor, and using it does not create a professional relationship. The calculations and reports depend on the information you enter, and you are responsible for that information and for your own tax filings. For advice about your specific situation, please consult a qualified professional. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for filing errors, penalties, or decisions made based on the app.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Biliora. Please give us accurate account information, keep your login credentials safe, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Biliora for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the service;
- interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
- upload malicious code or content you don’t have rights to.
6. Pricing, payment, and your licence
Biliora is offered as a one-time purchase (CAD 349 at the time of writing, or the price shown at checkout). Some offers may start with a short free trial that requires a card and converts to that one-time charge unless you cancel before it ends. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Biliora. Applicable taxes may be added. We may change our prices in the future, but that won’t affect access you’ve already paid for.
7. Refunds
Biliora is a one-time digital purchase with immediate full access, so payments are generally non-refundable once made. If your plan starts with a free trial, you can cancel any time before it ends and you won’t be charged. If you were charged in error or something isn’t working, email daniele.monaca@devoz.it and we’ll make it right. Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Your data
The financial records and content you add to Biliora are yours. You grant us the permission we need to store and process that content in order to provide the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Biliora available and reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add, or remove features, and occasionally take the service offline for maintenance.
10. Intellectual property
Biliora — including its software, design, and brand — belongs to the operator. These terms give you a limited licence to use the service; they don’t transfer any ownership to you.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Biliora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Biliora. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the mandatory consumer laws that apply to you.
12. Termination
You can stop using Biliora at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that could harm Biliora or others.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, where the operator is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, including Canada.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Biliora after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
